- Project Management: As a freelance IT project manager, I have the skills and experience to manage all aspects of a project, from planning and execution to testing and handover. I pay attention to risk management, change management, stakeholder management, and progress reporting throughout the project lifecycle. I can work with both external and internal suppliers effectively.
- Scrum Master: I can Scrum as a framework to guide the team’s work. I have been using Scrum since 2008 and I can integrate it with PRINCE2 when necessary. If there are multiple Scrum teams, I can facilitate, PI Planning, and other SAFe related sermonizes.

Depending on the governance and project environment, I can utilize stage-gate models, agile models, or a combination of both. I have 18 years of experience in project management, with a focus on system implementation, IT infrastructure, and software development projects.
